Bug opening link in new window? [3.1rc1]

Is this happening to anyone else?

I try opening a link in a new window using the contextual menu.  I  
control-click on a link, the menu appears, and I can select the  
show-link-in-new-window option, but OmniWeb doesn't take any visible  
action. Nothing appears in the console either.

Another weirdness occurs when attempting to save a link to file via  
the contextual menu.  I control-click on a link, the menu appears, I  
select the saved-linked-document-to option.  A save file dialog  
appears as expected. However, the contextual menu remains visible and  
floats above the save file dialog.  I can move the save file dialog  
out from under the contextual menu and interact with it.  It just  
looks weird.  Did OmniWeb used to behave like this?  I can't  
remember...

I'm running MOSXS 1.0.2 on a G3/300.  For what it's worth, I haven't  
verified that I got a clean install of 3.1rc yet. I did the 3.1rc1  
download and just copied OmniWeb.app on top of my existing OmniWeb.
