OmniWeb printing problems...

Honestly, we know that OmniWeb's printing is sub-optimal.

It's just a matter of us writing the code, but it's complicated by tables 'n'
stuff. Not breaking in the middle of a row is complicated by arbitrary table
layouts.

Our current thoughts are that we're going to redo layout using NSTypesetter,
which should speed things up at LEAST 2x, and might help us add features
and/or fix bugs. However, it means we're not going to release another
OpenStep OmniWeb (sorry, guys, this is it!). (And, this time, when I say it,
I've checked with Ken, and he's not planning on it either.)

The good news is we've Omni-open-sourced our OmniHTML framework, so the
OpenStep people really have about everything they need to fix bugs if they are
motivated.
