OmniWeb on MacOS X server with separate Proxy server

SOCKS is not currently supported in OmniWeb 3.

(SOCKS support was available for OmniWeb 1 and 2, and it could be  
added to OmniWeb 3 fairly easily if there's sufficient interest.)
