"not licensed" message

OmniWeb ships with a free 1-user license; if more than one user at  
your site tries to use OmniWeb, you will receive a "not licensed"  
message.  It sounds like you were the only user at your site for a  
while, but recently started competing with someone else for the free  
license.  (The beta version which shipped with Mac OS X Server has no  
expiration date, so the reason you started getting the "not  
licensed" message is presumably because someone else started using  
OmniWeb, not because the beta expired.)
