bundle/plugin to add 'load all icons' to OW toolbar?

Once upon a time there was a plugin/bundle posted to this list

It simply made an icon which appeared at the top of OW's window next to the  
other little icons.

Clicking this icon was the same as hitting the menu item 'load all images'

Anyone know what happened to that?  Does it even work with 3.0?
