The problem is with our JavaScript support:  their body tag has an  
onload attribute which says to call their JavaScript "newWindow()"  
function.  They then ask us to open a new window on that other URL,  
but we're opening the other URL in the same window instead.

We'll fix this bug in a future release of the JavaScript bundle, but  
in the meantime you can disable JavaScript (in JavaScript  
Preferences) to get past this problem.
