Sounds like the original DNS lookup timed out, and for some reason  
OmniWeb didn't consider that a lookup error and therefore ended up  
caching the host entry with no addresses for the rest of your  
session.

This is definitely a bug; if it happens frequently, please let me know.

You can work around the bug by restarting OmniWeb.  (Unfortunately,  
there's no mechanism at present for flushing the host entry cache.)
