beta9 does not load images?

There's a conflict with the Plugins.

OmniWeb's default Plugins are now located in the app wrapper.

The (now old) Plugins in the /LocalLibrary/Plugins need to be
(re)moved.

Actually I recommend moving them to /LocalLibrary/Plugins.OmniImage
because you will still need them for OmniImage (and you will have
to edit the OmniImage.app/Resources/Info-nextstep.plist to look in
/LocalLibrary/Plugins.OmniImage rather than /LocalLibrary/Plugins)
