beta 9 installation

Sorry, this was a bug in beta 9 on systems with unconfigured network  
interfaces.  The simplest fix is to go back to using beta 8b (from  
the X Server CD-ROM) until the next release is available.

(If you're a developer, you could build the latest OmniNetworking  
framework from the source code on our web site and install it in your  
beta 9 copy of OmniWeb:  it fixes the problem.)
