Bug in OW3 Beta9 (Broken URLs) "Underflow, Attempted read off end..."

To anyone experiencing this problem:

Please bring up the OmniWeb console, turn on the "Show HTTP  
Requests" switch, then go to a page that exhibits the problem.  Turn  
the switch back off, and send a copy of the console log to  
omniweb3 at omnigroup.com.

I'd like to figure out what's going on, but since we don't see this  
behavior here we really need help from those people who are seeing  
it.
