Meaning what?  I'm not sure how to establish an authenticated FTP session w/  
OW (I know [think] there's some method for giving an FTP URL w/ username &  
password in it, but I've never used it)

Well I can understand its non-priority status.  I think this eventually will  
become a pretty standard feature, but I'm glad to see OW leading the way yet  
again :-)
