Anyone gotten OWb9 working on DR2?

Is OWb9 supposed to work on DR2?  I thought I'd try it out before
MOSXS got here (still waiting on my Select membership order), but it
doesn't seem to start up.  The console reads:

Any ideas?  I moved all my old plugins to another directory so I could
avoid them as possible conflicts.
