Cannot load the licensing interface

Try unpacking using "gnutar" rather than "gunzip" and "tar":

	gnutar xvpf OmniWeb*.tar.gz

Hope this helps!  We need to be more explicit about this on our web  
page.  (I'll go change it now.)
