How to activate OmniWeb 3rd party plugins in OW 3.0 beta 9?

Do nothing. I was talking about bundles that you recompiled yourself
from source code.
If you need HTTPS you have to keep b8 around for now until a new
bundle is released. There is no workaround. Note that you also have
to move the existing Plugins (most probably in /LocalLibrary) into b8's
.app/Resources directory, so that they are still loaded at b8 startup.
If you don't move the old plugins aside, b9 won't work correctly.
