O3-beta8... "internal error"

Hi folks -

I recently installed the OmniWeb3-beta8 release.  For reasons i can't
fathom, it chokes on the URL
   http://www.etrade.com
with:

Cannot Load Address

internal error
---
I haven't encountered this anywhere else yet.  An older OmniWeb2 handles
that address just fine.

'Just FYI.  'Curious to know if there's a fix.  I could re-download and
install the 3 packages, i suppose, but am doubtful that would help.
