I suspect:

As many other I noticed the license expiration of OW3b8 today
(31.1). --- and a new bug:

You should definitly make it possible to request a new license
key, or to access the omnigroup server with the expired version.
Or at least still allow access to your own homepage.
I had to reactivate an old OW2 version to do this!!
