Anyone else having trouble with JavaApplet.plugin under DR2?

When I start OmniWeb 3b8 under Rhapsody DR2, I get the following
information on the console:

...
Jan 18 17:14:42  OFBundleRegistry: Skipping
/Local/Library/PlugIns/HTTPS.plugin (requires software)
Jan 18 17:14:42  OFBundleRegistry: Skipping
/Local/Library/PlugIns/JavaApplet.plugin (requires software)
...

All other bundles and plugins register fine.  I assume that the HTTPS
is because I'm missing something boneheaded unrelated to OmniWeb, but
Does anyone know what software I might be missing for the JavaApplet
plugin?
