AutoComplete 0.1.4 available for OPENSTEP and RDR2

The AutoComplete OmniWeb plugin has been revisioned to version 0.1.4,
fixing bugs and being built for RDR2, plus adding a small feature to make
it faster.

This version is very close to what the final version (for OmniWeb 3,
anyways) will look like, excepting bug fixes and documentation changes.
