openURL (or equivalent) when Workspace isn't running

  Alan (and anyone else that is interested),

  I just wanted to let you know that I have (finally) added the feature you  
requested and it will be available in beta-9.  I've also modified the openURL  
source so that you can pass a '-d' flag and it will use the DO approach  
rather than the Services approach.

  The API that OmniWeb currently provides includes the following.  This is  
obviously not an exhaustive API, but it satisfies the feature request and  
then some.  We will most likely add more API in the future.

  Also, here is the updated source for openURL that shows how to use the API  
to open a given URL:

  Please let me know if there are any problems with this API or easy  
additions that you would find useful (and why you would find them useful so I  
can validate adding them instead of working on the million & one other  
things on my plate :).

  For the time being, OWAPI.h will be in the Resources folder of OmniWeb.app.
