128-bit encription

OmniWeb doesn't support any encryption at all natively.  (We wrote  
the code a few years ago, but never shipped it due to the legal  
complications of the United States' encryption export regulations and  
RSA's public-key encryption patents.)

Juergen Moellenhoff (jm at oic.de) has written an OmniWeb plug-in which  
adds support for HTTPS; more information is available at  
ftp://ftp.cs.tu-berlin.de/pub/NeXT/net/www/libs/HTTPS.1.04a.m.README.  
 I don't know whether his plug-in supports 128-bit encryption or  
not, you'd have to ask him.
