Installing frameworks elsewhere than /LocalLibrary

Hi everyone,

  Is is possible to install the many frameworks required for OW3 somewhere other than in /LocalLibrary/Frameworks---for example, in ~/Library/Frameworks, which I have write access to?

  I apologize if this question has been asked and answered already on the list, there's no FAQ I can find and few authors seem to put useful keywords in their subject lines.

  Please reply to me directly, not just the list, as I'm not on the list.  Thanks.
