Associating .html extensions with OmniWeb

Sounds like Workspace Manager hasn't found OmniWeb yet, and thus  
doesn't realize that it handles .html files.  In Workspace Manager,  
select "Update Viewers" from the "View" menu.  Once it finishes  
scanning your application folders (give it a little time), it should  
display OmniWeb as one of the options under the Tools Inspector (which  
you were using).

If OmniWeb still doesn't appear as one of the options in the Tools  
Inspector, Workspace Manager is probably not finding OmniWeb--perhaps  
because it's not installed in one of the standard application folders  
(such as /Local/Applications and /Network/Applications).
