Associating .html extensions with OmniWeb

I installed OmniWeb 3 b6 on my G3/266 without any problems. However,
when I go into the developer documentation none of the files that end in
.html are associated with the OmniWeb application. I inspected the tools
option for the .html file and in says only the WorkSpace manager app and
the Text edit app are associated with the file.

Is there anyway to fix this?
