In OmniWeb 3, you can change the OmniWeb library directory using the  
"defaults" command.  Unfortunately, we currently have several defaults  
which reference that directory, some used by classes in OWF.framework  
and others by classes in OmniWeb.app.  (This is definitely a bug, it  
just hasn't been a high priority bug.)

The default used by the Cookies code is "OWLibraryDirectory".  If you say

	defaults write OmniWeb OWLibraryDirectory "~/Library/OmniWeb3"

then your cookies will be stored in ~/Library/OmniWeb3/Cookies.
