Problem installing OmniWeb

[System Administrator]

I have downloaded all three packages (OmniWeb, OmniFramworks, and OmniComponents) and installed them on Rhapsody DR2.  The installation process seemed to work well, but when I try to run the application, I get the following message in the console window.

/Local/Public/Cache/Omni/InstallRoot/Library/Frameworks/OIF.framework/Versions/1998D/OIF  (No such file or directory, errno = 2)
May 29 16:29:50 Workspace: OmniWeb exited with status 60

I have checked the path and it goes as far as '/Local/Public' but it ends there.

Any suggestions would be helpful.
