Remove appkit.omniimage when upgrading to 3.0 beta 6b

Be sure to remove appkit.omniimage from your Components directory when
upgrading OmniWeb to 3.0 beta 6b.

We've renamed appkit.omniimage to appkit-render.omniimage to support
the Windows port (because Windows can't load two APPKIT.DLLs). If you
don't remove the old appkit.omniimage, OmniWeb will find and load it,
causing problems due to inconsistencies between the 1998B frameworks
and the 1998D2 frameworks.

Symptoms include: not being able to launch OmniWeb at all (usually
with a message to the console about trouble finding the 1998B
frameworks or about an undefined _omniNullStringObject symbol), and not
being able to render TIFF images (e.g., several of the images on the
Search panel--yes, this turned out to be the source of the problem in
Holger's bug report).
