Bogus "too many licenses" error.

I have a problem with OmniWeb 2 on my NeXT. It's not really a bug, but
definitely inconvenient. I have a NeXTstation on our campus network. So
does a friend of mine. We can't both use Omniweb because it says there are
too many licenses. But, f I understand the license correctly, both of us
should be entitled to a free copy. That's not happening here; it's denying
one of us access. These machines are unrelated other than the fact that
they are one the same physical network. Because we are students, just
living in a University residence hall, I don't really think this counts as
two users at the same site. Is there anything we can do about this?
