Difficulty using installer.sh

Thank you for the clear directions explaining how to download OmniWeb
from your web site.  

I am running Rhapsody DR1 for Intel and have run into some problems
using the installer.sh command.  I have successfully expanded everything
into .pkg files, but when I type:

myhost>	installer.sh OmniWeb.pkg

I get back the message:

	Installing package /me/OmniWeb.pkg
	bin/mkdir: /LocalApps:permission denied

Needless to say, I am new to a unix environment; I am sure that there is
a simple problem with how the permissions for the LocalApps folder is
configured, but when I looked under the inspector access seemed to be
set up correctly.  

Any suggestions?
