omniweb and yellowbox

Not without more details about your setup.  Which version of Windows  
are you using, which version of Yellow Box (or OPENSTEP) are you using,  
and which versions of the Omni packages did you download and install?

Did you add the Executables directory to your PATH as described in the  
installation instructions?
