OmniWeb on R. and problems with icons

For Error I don't installed the OmniComponents, and I started the OmniWeb.

when I installed OmniComponents, but if previous the file.jpeg have a nice
icon now it have an icon with a question mark

the Apps OmniWeb, OmniImage works well

but I don't have more the nice icon!!!

How can I have again the nice icon for my files *.jpeg *.png
