OmniWeb 3b4: Open URL service and cache

This was definitely there in b3 and, although I just installed b4 this 
morning and haven't looked at that particular feature, I expect that it's 
still in b4. I was, however, looking more for a way that I could do this 
from a separate application. Specifically, I would like to be able to 
programmatically control OmniWeb from my WebWriter app to get it to 
refresh the document from disk. The Open URL service comes close but, 
after the first load, you only get the updated version if you hit the 
Reload button in OmniWeb.

I tried this in v3b4, but the settings had reverted to the defaults when 
I closed and reopened the preferences dialog. Of course, this wouldn't be 
an ideal solution even if it works as it would cause network based docs 
to get reloaded each time as well.

(BTW, is this the correct list for this question? The omniweb-dev list 
seemed to be devoted strictly to bundle development and not for more 
general issues like this.)
