Thanks for the bug report.  This is a Rhapsody-specific bug (which  
also crops up in editing bookmark labels); we're looking into it.

Use http://proxy.compaq.com:8080/.  (This is the standard URL form  
for specifying alternate ports.)

This is another manifestation of that bug where you can only edit  
once during the lifetime of the application.  If you quit and  
restart, you'll be able to edit.

You should be able to double-click on a protocol ("http") and enter  
another protocol (e.g., "ftp") in its place.  I'm afraid you're going  
to get bit by that editing bug again, though, so you'll probably  
have to quit and restart a few times.

Do note that if you don't add any protocols, the proxy applies to  
all protocols.
