Help installing b4, please!

Cool OmniWeb folks,

Thanks for posting the new beta 4. I am a little confused where you 
want the pieces though...

I was unable to find a readme with installation hints/suggestions so I 
tried to set up b4 the same as b3.

First, I removed all of the OmniWeb b3 files.

I have decompressed the archive files (OmniWeb, OmniFrameWorks, 
OmniComponents) with gunzip and tar. This of course leaves me with the 
pkg files. In OpenStep, I would have used Package installer at this 
point, but since it is missing in the RDR... So I checked you .info 
files in the pkg folder for help and then decompressed the files in 
the various pkg folders. This didn't work, so I moved these pieces to 
a similar layout as b3 with the Omni folder and the Components, 
Frameworks and Application folders contained within. This did not work 
as well.

So, please let me know how/where you all would like the components 
installed.
