3.0 UI comment

The 3.0 UI is a bit, well, LOUD.

The ProjectBuilder-style status line isn't really working. It works
in ProjectBuilder because you don't see it that often. In OW3,
however, it seems like it's always flashing, expanding, shrinking,
announcing with GREAT URGENCY things I don't really care about.

It says,
	"THE BANNER GIF IS STILL NOT LOADING!!!"
	"THE BULLET GIF IS STILL NOT LOADING!!!"
	"RENDERING HTML!!!"

Etc.

I really don't care that much - I'm not sure that information
is crucial enough to warrant such a prominent, vivid placement.
It gets a bit distracting.

The processes panel suffers similarly, when the barber-pole
things are going. Get half a dozen barber poles going on there
at once, and it's rather painful to have on screen.

If the striping has to stay, it'd be nice if the striping was
a bit more subdued. As it is, the barber-poles come off as having more  
emphasis than the actual in-progress bars.
