128 bit encryption Frames technology

OmniWeb supports Frames.  It's unrelated to encryption.

We haven't negotiated with RSA and/or applied to the government to  
distribute encryption technology, so right now we don't do encryption  
out of the box.

> Any budding bundles out there?

Someone out of the country has provided an HTTPS bundle for OmniWeb  
which provides SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption.  This is the  
encryption scheme which Netscape uses, so it's most likely what your  
service wants.  I don't know how many bits this implementation supports,  
but I've certainly used it successfully with a number of web commerce  
services.
