a friend of mine had similar troubles with a Cyrix CPU on a Gigabyte  
mainboard which, as we finally found out after a series of tests with other  
HW combinations, resulted from the Cyrix processor, not the board.

I guess you'll have to go for an "Intel inside" processor... :-/
