A Table Parsing Bug

I've found a case where a table isn't imaging properly. The last column is  
dropping off (actually, it probably has a 1 pixel width or something), and  
the vertical spacing in all the cells is hosed as a result.  If I remove the  
WIDTH="100%" tag from the Table, it works, but its not 100% wide..
