Don't blame the existing third party developers.  Remember that  
NeXT always has been a nitch market.  If you wanted to make lots of  
money fast would you write an app that works on Windows or NeXT?   
OmniWeb is the most stable and technically superior web browser I've  
seen, but why would someone in the Windows world care?  Think of it  
from the business point of view.

Someone suggested a while ago that Omni Group should team up with  
Netscape and create an OPENSTEP OmniWeb/Netscape browser.  That  
would be a killer combination!  Or push for help from Sun.  How are  
the relations between OmniGroup and Lighthouse?  Wouldn't Sun want a  
good OPENSTEP Web broswer for their OPENSTEP suite?  And I bet  
they'd want it to use Java....  Hint Hint!!
