'Prefetch' pages

Here is an idea to make OW even better as it already is:

Often I need some time to read the information on a page, but I know
already wich link I am going to use next. It would be nice if I could
'shift click' that link, and that would load and render the page, and
put it in the buffer. When I am done reading, I just click the 'right
Arrow' button, and get the page right away instead of having to wait.
Especially with a slow link that would be a beneficial feature.
