I have the same problem (on a PP link) especially towards slow or
far away sites, it (OW2) simply refuses to do anything more and the
process queue hangs.  I haven't reported it because my machine
(Intel Endeavor) is _still_ not stable (2nd Mainboard!) so I'm not
sure if t was OW or my machine...
