Cmnd+Drag?

It doesn't work for me either, but CNTRL+Drag does (!).
I have a standard "Windows" keyboard (icky Windows
keys - too bad they can't be enabled as command keys 
with Keyboard app, thus saving cntrl + alt keys on _both_ 
sides...) for Norway (left alt is CMD).

Try dragging alone, with ALT/CMD and CTL until you find
one that works - I'm quite sure one will!
