Another Netscape compatibility question

Well, that's not a defined part of the standard, if that's the question,  
but since we're trying to do everything NetScape does, we'll try to add  
this for the final release.

Note that what's actually supposed to happen is the server providing  
this "internal-xxx" image should actually be prepared to return such an  
image if a client should request it, and that way it's optional whether a  
client has those built in or not.

Can you send me the URL that's generating the above?
