"Open Company" generalization suggestion.

Feature idea.
I didn't think I'd like the "Open Company" panel at first - I thought
it was dumb, how hard is it to type the full address - but now I'm
hooked. I'm using it all the time. It's fast. I like it.

How about generalizing this a bit. Call it "Quick Open", not just
"Open Company" - maybe I want to get to an educational site or
something else not necessarily under .com and I don't feel like
doing all that typing.

Have a preference where users can describe how the name is supposed
to be resolved, instead of just assuming the user wants
http://www.<name>.com. I might like to set up an ordering of
patterns and have it give me the first page that matches (try a
bunch of possible host names in order and give me the first one
that seems to exist.)

For instance, I'm in Canada, so I might want to search for web
hosts in this order

	http://www.<name>.ca
	http://www.<name>.com
	http://www.<name>.edu

that way I could use the Quick Open panel as a quick shortcut to
get to any of cbc.ca, next.com and indiana.edu just by typing
"cbc", "next" or "indiana".

Keep up the good work, the latest beta is really exciting to use.

Thanks,
Steve
