OmniWeb 2.0 beta 2 is now available

People can also pick up the new beta at:

ftp://eclipse.its.rpi.edu/NeXT/web/OmniWeb_f/02-BETA/

which is a directory of files.  There are four single-architecture
archives, and one quad-fat archive (and a README or two).  These
are based on the files available at ftp.cs.orst.edu.
