Bug in opening html files from file viewer in 0.7.5

Wow, OmniWeb has come a long ways -- very nice indeed.

I'm sure that someone mentioned this a long time ago, but after  
you've opened OmniWeb and then doubleclick on an html file in  
file viewer a second copy of OmniWeb opens.

This didn't happen in 7.3 but cropped up in 7.4 and 7.5.

I like the GUI in 7.5 much better than in 7.4 which was more  
aesthetic but a little too cryptic.


BTW: running 3.0j on a colour slab.
