1. Why does OmniWeb list both Proxies and Gateways as options - the CERN  
htttpd documentation says that the terms are synonymous.

2. We have the OmniImageFilters installed, yet sometimes we get the error  
message "Command not Implemented" and "Cannot convert inline/text to  
OmniImage/text" (or some close approximation thereof). Any ideas?

I finally got everything to work with htttpd running as a double-proxy (ie  
running OmniWeb inside our firewall, proxied to our firewall, who in turn is  
proxying from someone else). Great news! Thanks!
