7.5 and Forms

I just downloaded 7.5 and think it looks great.  However, when I try to use it  
to deal with a form, it presents the form in fine shape, but I cannot figure  
out how to dispatch the form.   I had the same difficulty with forms under the  
prior version, and figure that it was simply that forms handling was not fully  
implemented.  Are forms supposed to work in 7.5? If so, any suggestions as to  
how one dispatches the completed form?
