0.7.5 forms do not work

Thanks for the bug report.

BTW, forms work on a large number of servers.  There are some elements that  
aren't fully functional (image elements and pick lists), and our forms code  
doesn't work EXACTLY like Mosaic in some cases (since the forms interface is  
not fully standardized, we just have to do it by trial and error), which  
trips up some servers, including yours.

None-the-less, forms work for some people.  We'll continue to enhance them so  
they'll work for you.
