Cannot get in touch with omniweb-l-request address...

I need to subscribe a local remailing list site to this list. There
does not seem to be request address and the mail subscription 

package appears to be one of the ones which will get confused if you
give it a remailing address (ie it blithely and stupidly assumes
that the subscription is for the header address)

Could someone who does the list maintainence please contact me so
I can get this set up?
