W30 is the WorldWideWeb organization that's in the process of formation, based  
at CERN in Europe and MIT in the US.  Think of it like the XOpen of WWW  
community.  Content prople, software people, academics, commercials, etc.  Tim  
Berners-Lee is the man putting it togeather; he'll be going to MIT to shore up
